J.B. Faircloth started the land surveyor business in Cordele, Georgia in July of 1979. J.B. was the RLS and his brother Kenny was the rodman and draftsman. Today we have two Ga. Registered Land Surveyors on staff with 70 years of combined experience. You can contact J.B. Faircloth or Jason Faircloth and talk directly to the RLS handling your project. This we consider to be a strong point offered by a smaller firm that will help make any project flow much smoother with less breakdown in communication.

Office plat work and field work can be communicated with Steve Kennedy as well. Steve has 30 years of experience in all fields of Surveying. Our firm believes in keeping up with technology to help stay on pace with ever so demanding and complex projects. We offer all drawings in AUTO CADD & field work is completed using Topcon Total Stations with data collection systems as well as Survey Grade GPS linked to the High Accuracy Reference Network provided by eGPS.

Jason Faircloth has 6 years exclusive experience in Heavy Industrial site staking and control. Plants include Brunswick Cellulose Inc., Rayonier Jesup an Fernandina, First Quality Tissue. Experience went from layout of foundation piling to machine alignment. As you can see we cover all areas of land development and would like to assist you with your project.
